The TXS0104E is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator for open-drain and push-pull applications, operating with VCCA from 1.65V to 3.6V and VCCB from 2.3V to 5.5V. It features auto-direction sensing, eliminating the need for a direction control pin, and supports data rates up to 24Mbps. The device includes integrated pull-up resistors and an output enable for high-impedance state. Packaged in a 12-pin UQFN (RUT) (1.7mm × 2mm), it is ideal for I2C, SPI, and UART level shifting in portable electronics, smartphones, and multi-voltage embedded systems requiring 4-bit bidirectional translation.
