The TXS0104E is a 4-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator for open-drain and push-pull applications, operating with VCCA from 1.65-V to 3.6-V and VCCB from 2.3-V to 5.5-V. It features auto-direction sensing, eliminating the need for a direction control pin, and supports data rates up to 24 Mbps. Packaged in a 12-pin DSBGA (YZT) (1.8 mm × 1.5 mm), it is ideal for I2C, SPI, and GPIO level shifting in ultra-space-constrained portable electronics.
