The TXS0108EPWR is an 8-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with automatic direction sensing from Texas Instruments in TSSOP-20 surface-mount package, eliminating the need for a direction-control signal . For selection, verify A-port supply (VCCA) from 1.4V to 3.6V and B-port supply (VCCB) from 1.65V to 5.5V, ensuring VCCA ≤ VCCB at all times, data rate up to 110Mbps for push-pull applications (1.2Mbps for open-drain), low propagation delay, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C . Features include VCC isolation (outputs high-Z if either VCC is at GND), Ioff partial-power-down support, and ESD protection on B-port.
