TXS0108EQPWRQ1 TI Translators, Level Shifters

The TXS0108EQPWRQ1 is an automotive-grade, 8-bit bidirectional level-shifting voltage translator for open-drain and push-pull applications . It operates with VCCA from 1.2 V to 3.6 V and VCCB from 1.65 V to 5.5 V, supporting translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V nodes. The device features auto-direction sensing, eliminating the need for a direction control pin, and supports data rates up to 60 Mbps (push-pull) and 3 Mbps (open-drain). Packaged in a 20-pin TSSOP (PW) (6.5 mm × 4.4 mm), it is ideal for multi-voltage automotive systems requiring AEC-Q100 qualification.
