TXU0101DCKR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The TXU0101 is a 1-bit dual-supply unidirectional voltage level translator with Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state output. It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.08 V to 5.5 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes. Data rates up to 200 Mbps are supported, with power-down protection for partial-power-off operation. Schmitt-trigger inputs provide noise immunity. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70 (DCK), it is ideal for high-speed unidirectional level translation in industrial and portable applications. Applications include SPI, JTAG, and clock distribution interfaces requiring voltage translation, and push-pull signal routing in multi-voltage systems.
