The TXU0204B is a 4-bit unidirectional dual-supply voltage level translator with Schmitt-trigger inputs and 3-state outputs . It operates with VCCA and VCCB independently from 1.08 V to 5.5 V, supporting universal translation between 1.2-V, 1.8-V, 2.5-V, 3.3-V, and 5-V voltage nodes. The device provides data rates up to 200 Mbps and features power-down protection for partial-power-off operation, with a wide industrial temperature range of –40°C to 125°C . Schmitt-trigger inputs offer excellent noise immunity and tolerance of slow input transitions. The 14-pin WQFN (BQA) package measures 3 mm × 2.5 mm. Selection is ideal for high-speed unidirectional level translation in industrial and automotive applications.
