UA78L12ACDR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear

The UA78L12A is a fixed-output positive voltage regulator providing 12V output at up to 100mA current. It operates from 14.5V to 27V input and requires no external components for basic operation, simplifying design. The device features internal thermal-overload protection and short-circuit current limiting for robust operation. Line regulation is excellent, making these regulators immune to overload conditions. The UA78L12A is characterized for operation from 0°C to 125°C. The 'A' grade provides improved accuracy over the standard version. The device is available in 8-pin SOIC package for surface-mount assembly. Selection is ideal for low-current fixed 12V regulation requiring minimal external components.
