For selection, verify supply voltage range, maximum duty cycle approaching 100%, trimmed oscillator for precise frequency control up to 500kHz, high-current totem pole output (1A peak) for driving MOSFETs, low start-up current (<0.5mA), current limiting with cycle-by-cycle control, and operating temperature from -40°C to +105°C.
