UC2843D8TR TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The UC2843 is a current-mode PWM controller with low start-up current, operating from 10 V to 30 V supply. It features a trimmed oscillator for accurate frequency control, a 1 A totem-pole output for driving power MOSFETs, and UVLO with 8.4 V on threshold and 7.6 V off hysteresis. The device includes low start-up current (0.5 mA typical), cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal protection. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is designed for off-line and DC-DC converter applications. Applications include AC-DC adapters, battery chargers, and isolated telecom power supplies.
