The UC2844BN is a high-performance fixed frequency current-mode PWM controller from STMicroelectronics in DIP-8 through-hole package, designed for off-line and DC-DC converter applications with UVLO thresholds of 16V (turn-on) and 10V (turn-off). For selection, verify trimmed oscillator for precise frequency control up to 500kHz, high-current totem pole output (1A peak) for driving MOSFETs, low start-up current (<0.5mA), current limiting with cycle-by-cycle control, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
