UCC21520ADWR TI Isolators - Gate Drivers

The UCC21520A is a 4-A, 5.7-kVRMS isolated dual-channel gate driver with a high-side and low-side, operating from a 3-V to 18-V input. It features 30-ns propagation delay, 5-ns typical delay matching, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100-V/ns. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) (10.3 mm × 7.5 mm), it is ideal for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs.
