UCC21520DWR TI Isolators - Gate Drivers
The UCC21520 is a 4-A, 5.7-kVRMS isolated dual-channel gate driver with a high-side and low-side, operating from a 3-V to 18-V input. It features 30-ns propagation delay, 5-ns typical delay matching, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 V/ns. The device includes UVLO protection for both outputs. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) (10.3 mm × 7.5 mm), it is ideal for driving IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in high-voltage, high-frequency power systems. Applications include solar inverters, motor drives, EV charging stations, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) requiring reinforced isolation and robust gate drive.
