UCC23313DWYR TI Isolators - Gate Drivers

The UCC23313 is an optically-isolated gate driver with 4.5-A peak output current, operating from a 4.5-V to 33-V supply. It features reinforced isolation rated at 5700-VRMS with a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150-kV/µs, and a propagation delay of 50-ns typical. The device includes UVLO protection for the output stage and is housed in a 6-pin SOIC (DWY). The UCC23313 is designed to drive IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in high-voltage, high-frequency power systems.
