UCC23511DWYR TI Isolators - Gate Drivers
The UCC23511 is an optically-isolated gate driver with 4.5-A peak output current, operating from 4.5 V to 33 V supply. It features reinforced isolation rated at 5700 V_RMS with a high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150 kV/μs. Propagation delay is 50 ns typical. The device includes UVLO protection for the output stage and is housed in a 6-pin SOIC package. The UCC23511 is designed to drive IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs in high-voltage, high-frequency power systems.
