UCC27211DR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27211 is a high-side and low-side gate driver capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs with peak output current of 4 A, operating with high-side voltage up to 120 V. It features 20 ns propagation delay, 10 ns rise/fall times, and includes independent inputs for each channel. The device provides under-voltage lockout (UVLO) on both high-side and low-side drivers. Packaged in 8-pin SOIC, the UCC27211 is optimized for half-bridge and full-bridge applications requiring robust high-voltage gate drive. Selection is ideal for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and Class-D audio amplifiers requiring high-voltage half-bridge drive.
