UCC27282DRCR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27282 is a 120-V half-bridge gate driver with 3-A peak sink/source capability, operating from a 8-V to 18-V supply . It features a 20-ns typical propagation delay, 10-ns rise/fall times, and cross-conduction protection with programmable dead-time. The device includes high-side and low-side undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and is designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge and full-bridge topologies. Packaged in a 10-pin VSON (DRC) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for DC-DC converters, motor drives, and solar inverters.
