UCC27301AQDDARQ1 TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27301A-Q1 is an automotive-grade, 5 A high-speed low-side gate driver qualified for AEC-Q100, operating from a 4.5 V to 18 V supply. It features 20 ns typical propagation delay with 10 ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8 nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. The device includes an enable pin for each channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SO PowerPAD (DDA), it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in automotive power systems.
