UCC27323DGNR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27323 is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply. It features 20-ns typical propagation delay with 10-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds, and includes an enable pin. The device has outputs in inverting configuration (UCC27323). Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs.
