UCC27424DGNR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27424 is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply. It features 20-ns typical propagation delay with 10-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD. Ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives, the UCC27424 is suited for DC-DC converters, solar inverters, and telecom power supplies.
