UCC27424DR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27424 is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from a 4.5-V to 15-V supply. It features 20-ns typical propagation delay with 10-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. The device includes an enable pin for each channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs.
