UCC27511ADBVR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27511A is a single high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4A peak current, operating from 4.5V to 18V supply. It features 13ns typical propagation delay with 7ns rise and 7ns fall times when driving 1.8nF load. The device supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds with outputs in non-inverting configuration. Built-in protection includes thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The UCC27511A includes an enable pin for power sequencing. Packaged in 6-pin SOT-23-6. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 140°C. Selection is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives requiring high peak current.
