UCC27511DBVR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27511 is a single high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from a 4.5V to 18V supply. It features a 13-ns typical propagation delay with 7-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds.
