UCC27516DRSR TI Gate Drivers

The UCC27516 is a single-channel, high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from a 4.5V to 18V supply. It features 13-ns typical propagation delay with 9-ns rise and 7-ns fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. The device includes dual inputs for flexible configuration (inverting or non-inverting) and provides UVLO protection. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (DRS) (3mm × 3mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, solar inverters, and motor control applications requiring high peak current gate drive.
