UCC27519DBVR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27519 is a single high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4 A peak current. It operates from 4.5 V to 18 V supply and features 13 ns typical propagation delay with 7 ns rise/fall times. The device supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds and includes an enable pin. Output is inverting or non-inverting configurations available. Selection is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives. Applications include DC-DC converters, solar inverters, telecom power supplies, motor control in industrial drives, and Class-D audio amplifiers requiring high-current gate drive.
