UCC27524ADR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27524A is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 5A peak current. It operates from 4.5V to 25V supply and features negative input voltage capability down to -5V, enhancing robustness in noisy environments. The device features two independent driver channels with enable pins, 13ns typical propagation delay, and 7ns rise/fall times with 1.8nF load. It supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. Outputs are inverting and non-inverting configurations available. Selection is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives. Applications include solar inverters, telecom power supplies, server PSUs, DC-DC converters, motor control in industrial drives, and Class-D audio amplifiers requiring high-current gate drive with fast switching .
