UCC27524DGNR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27524 is a dual, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 5-A peak current, operating from a 4.5-V to 18-V supply. It features a 13-ns typical propagation delay with 7-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and it supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. Built-in protection includes thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) (3 mm × 3 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives.
