UCC27531QDBVRQ1 TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27531-Q1 is an automotive-grade single-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 2.5-A and 5-A peak currents respectively, operating from 10 V to 32 V supply. It is designed for IGBT and SiC MOSFET driving, featuring a fast propagation delay of 20 ns and high CMTI. The device includes undervoltage lockout (UVLO) on the driver supply, and a separated VDD pin and output stage allow independent supply optimisation. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for automotive power systems. Applications include DC-DC converters, power factor correction (PFC), solar inverters, and automotive traction inverters requiring robust gate drive with AEC-Q100 qualification.
