UCC27614DR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27614 is a 10A high-speed low-side gate driver with 5V UVLO option, operating from 4.5V to 26V supply. It features two independent driver channels with 5A peak source and 5A peak sink capability (10A total). Propagation delay is 13ns typical with 7ns rise/fall times. The device supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. Outputs are inverting and non-inverting configurations available. Selection is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives requiring high peak current. Applications include high-frequency DC-DC converters, solar inverters, telecom power supplies, motor control, and Class-D audio amplifiers.
