UCC27624DR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27624 is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 5-A peak current, operating from a 4.5-V to 25-V supply. It features 13-ns typical propagation delay with 7-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load, and supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds. The device includes an enable pin for each channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives.
