UCC27714DR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC27714 is a 600-V high-side and low-side gate driver with 4-A source and sink peak current capability, operating from a 10-V to 20-V supply. It features 25-ns typical propagation delay with 15-ns rise/fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load. The device includes independent inputs, under-voltage lockout for both drivers, and interlock protection to prevent shoot-through. High common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 V/ns ensures robust operation in noisy environments. Packaged in a 14-pin SOIC (D) (8.65 mm × 3.91 mm), the UCC27714 is ideal for half-bridge and full-bridge applications.
