UCC28064ADR TI Power Factor Correction (PFC)
The UCC28064A is a dual-phase, transition-mode Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller for high-efficiency power supplies. It operates from 11.5-V to 25-V supply and features a programmable frequency, 5-A gate drive output, and a 0.5-V reference. The device includes overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (D) (9.9 mm × 3.91 mm). Ideal for high-efficiency AC-DC power supplies, the UCC28064A is suited for LED drivers, computer power supplies, and industrial power systems requiring high power factor and low total harmonic distortion (THD).
