UCC28084DR TI DC DC Switching Controllers
The UCC28084 is a current-mode PWM controller with dual 0.5-A totem-pole outputs for push-pull or forward converter topologies. It operates from a 4.1-V to 15-V supply and features a programmable switching frequency up to 1 MHz. The device includes a 2.5-V precision reference with ±1% accuracy, undervoltage lockout with low start-up current of 0.75 mA, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting. Soft-start and internal slope compensation are integrated. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), the UCC28084 is ideal for high-frequency isolated power supplies.
