The UCC28881 is a constant current/constant power flyback controller with integrated 700V power MOSFET, designed for LED lighting and power supply applications. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 9V to 700V (DC), making it suitable for direct off-line applications without a separate bias supply. The device features valley switching for high efficiency and low EMI, with a maximum switching frequency of 135kHz. Built-in protection includes overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown.
