UCC2895DWTR TI DC DC Switching Controllers
The UCC2895 is a BiCMOS advanced phase-shift PWM controller for full-bridge converter applications, operating from a 10-V to 16.5-V supply. It features programmable output turn-on delays, adaptive delay set, voltage-mode or current-mode control, and a 1-MHz maximum switching frequency. The device includes a 5-V reference with ±1% accuracy, undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and a 100-mA totem-pole output drive. Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC (DW) (12.8 mm × 7.5 mm), it is ideal for high-efficiency power conversion.
