UCC28C45DR TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The UCC28C45 is a high-speed current-mode PWM controller for off-line and DC-DC converter applications, operating from a 7 V to 15 V supply. It features a 1 MHz maximum switching frequency, a 1 A totem-pole output for driving power MOSFETs, and UVLO with 14.5 V on threshold and 9 V off hysteresis. The device includes low start-up current of 0.5 mA, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and thermal protection. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for high-frequency isolated power supplies.
