UCC28C51DR TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The UCC28C51 is a high-speed current-mode PWM controller for off-line and DC-DC converter applications, operating from 7.5V to 20V supply. It features 1MHz maximum switching frequency with 1A peak gate drive output. The device includes UVLO with 14.5V on threshold and 9V off hysteresis (C version). Low start-up current of 0.5mA, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and internal soft-start are integrated. The UCC28C51 is packaged in 8-pin SOIC. Selection is ideal for high-frequency, high-density isolated power supplies requiring robust current-mode control. Applications include off-line flyback converters for telecom, isolated DC-DC converters for industrial automation, and battery charging circuits requiring high switching frequency and low start-up current.
