UCC37324DR TI Gate Drivers
The UCC37324 is a dual high-speed low-side gate driver capable of sourcing and sinking 4-A peak current, operating from 4.5 V to 15 V supply . It features 20-ns typical propagation delay with 10-ns rise and 10-ns fall times when driving a 1.8-nF load. The device supports TTL and CMOS input logic thresholds, with outputs in non-inverting configuration . Built-in protection includes thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). Operating temperature range is –40°C to 105°C. Selection is ideal for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in switching power supplies and motor drives requiring high peak current. Applications include DC-DC converters, solar inverters, telecom power supplies, motor control in industrial drives, and Class-D audio amplifiers.
