The UCC3895 is a BiCMOS advanced phase-shift PWM controller for full-bridge converter applications, operating from a 10-V to 16.5-V supply . It features programmable output turn-on delays, adaptive delay set, voltage-mode or current-mode control, and a 1-MHz maximum switching frequency . The device includes a 5-V reference with ±1% accuracy, under-voltage lockout, overcurrent protection, and a 100-mA totem-pole output drive. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C . Packaged in a 20-pin SOIC (DW) (12.8 mm × 7.5 mm) . Ideal for high-efficiency power conversion, the UCC3895 is suited for telecom and server power supplies, DC-DC converters, high-power battery chargers, and industrial power systems requiring phase-shifted full-bridge control with high efficiency and reduced EMI.
