UCC5350SBDR TI Isolators - Gate Drivers

The UCC5350 is a 5.7-kVRMS isolated single-channel gate driver with 5-A peak source/sink current, operating from a 3-V to 5.5-V input. It features 30-ns propagation delay, 5-ns typical delay matching, and high common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 V/ns. The device includes UVLO protection for the output stage. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for driving power MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SiC MOSFETs in DC-DC converters, solar inverters, motor drives, and EV charging stations.
