ULN2003AIDR TI Power Distribution Switches
The ULN2003AIDR is a high-voltage high-current Darlington transistor array from Texas Instruments in SOIC-16 package. It features seven NPN Darlington pairs with 50-V output rating, 500-mA continuous collector current per channel (600-mA peak), and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads. Inputs are compatible with TTL or 5-V CMOS (2.7-kΩ series base resistors). Ideal for relay drivers, solenoid drivers, stepper motor drivers, LED displays, and logic buffers in industrial control, automotive, and consumer applications.
