ULN2003AIPWR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers
The ULN2003A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array with seven NPN Darlington pairs, capable of sinking up to 500-mA per channel with an output voltage up to 50-V. Integrated suppression diodes are included for inductive loads, and inputs are compatible with 5-V TTL and CMOS logic. Packaged in a 16-pin TSSOP (PW), it is ideal for driving multiple inductive or resistive loads. Applications include relay drivers, stepper motor drivers for 3D printers, LED display drivers, and solenoid drivers in industrial controls and automotive electronics.
