ULN2003LVDR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers
The ULN2003LV is a low-voltage 7-channel Darlington transistor array optimized for 1.8 V to 5 V logic systems, compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers . Each of the seven NPN Darlington pairs can sink up to 200 mA (500 mA total), with outputs rated to 8 V. Integrated suppression diodes protect against inductive kickback when switching relays, solenoids, or DC motors. The device features low input current (15 μA at 3.3 V), significantly reducing power consumption compared to standard arrays.
