The ULN2003LV is a low-voltage 7-channel Darlington transistor array optimized for 1.8 V to 5 V logic systems, compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V microcontrollers . Each of the seven NPN Darlington pairs can sink up to 200 mA (500 mA total), with outputs rated to 8 V. Integrated suppression diodes protect against inductive kickback when switching relays, solenoids, or DC motors.
