ULN2003LVPWR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers

The ULN2003LV is a low-voltage 7-channel darlington transistor array optimized for 3.3V and 5V logic systems, operating with output voltage up to 8V. Each channel can sink up to 500mA continuous current. Unlike the standard ULN2003, the ULN2003LV features low input current of 15µA typical at 3.3V input, significantly reducing power consumption. Integrated suppression diodes are included for inductive load protection. Inputs are compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V logic families. Selection is ideal for battery-powered and low-voltage logic systems requiring relay, solenoid, and LED driving with minimal power consumption. Applications include portable medical devices, battery-powered IoT actuators, low-power stepper motor drivers for smart meters and vending machines, and general-purpose high-current sinking where low input current and low-voltage logic compatibility are critical.
