ULN2003V12DR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers
The ULN2003V12 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array with seven NPN Darlington pairs, capable of sinking up to 500-mA per channel with output voltage up to 50-V. Integrated suppression diodes are included for inductive loads, and inputs are compatible with 3.3-V and 5-V logic. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC (D) (9.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for driving relays, solenoids, and LEDs.
