ULN2003V12PWR TI Power Distribution Switches, Load Drivers
The ULN2003V12 is a high-voltage, high-current darlington transistor array with seven open-collector outputs capable of sinking up to 500mA per channel. It operates with output voltage up to 50V and includes integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads. Inputs are compatible with 3.3V and 5V logic (CMOS, TTL). The device features 2.7kΩ input resistors for direct operation from logic supplies. Selection is standard for driving relays, solenoids, and lamps. Applications include relay drivers, stepper motor drivers for 3D printers and CNC, LED display drivers, and industrial load switching where multiple high-current open-collector drivers are required.
