ULN2803A ST Power Distribution Switches

The ULN2803A is a monolithic high-voltage high-current Darlington transistor array from Mixic (compatible with STMicroelectronics) featuring eight independent Darlington pairs with common emitters and integral suppression diodes for inductive loads. For selection, verify output voltage rating of 50V, continuous output current up to 500mA per channel, input compatible with TTL/CMOS logic signals (VI=30V max), 2.7kΩ series base resistors, peak surge current capability, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Features include output clamp diodes for inductive load transient protection, collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.6V typical at 350mA, and SOP-18 (300mil) package.
