The ULQ2003D1013TRY is a 7-channel Darlington transistor array with high-voltage outputs rated at 50V and 500mA per channel in a 16-pin SOIC package. For selection, verify continuous collector current of 500mA per channel, output voltage rating of 50V, saturation voltage of 1.6V at 350mA, DC current gain of 1000 minimum, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification. Integral suppression diodes protect against inductive load transients.
