The USB3250-ABZJ is a compact, low‑power Hi‑Speed USB 2.0 PHY transceiver for embedded devices. For selection, verify a single 3.3 V supply (operates from 3.0 V to 3.6 V, with 1.6 V to 2.0 V digital core support), an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C, and a 56‑pin QFN (8×8 mm) package. The device consumes only 72 mA in HS mode, supporting low‑power bus‑powered applications. It supports 480 Mbps HS and 12 Mbps FS data rates with a UTMI interface (60 MHz 8‑bit or 30 MHz 16‑bit), internal termination resistors, and integrated clock recovery with a 12 MHz crystal.
