The USB3340-EZK-TR is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 ULPI PHY transceiver from Microchip, integrating 3.3V/1.8V regulators and a USB switch in a 32‑pin QFN package. For selection, verify a 3.0 V to 3.6 V core supply, 1.8 V to 3.3 V I/O supply, data rate of 480 Mbps, and industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. The transceiver supports BC 1.2 fast charging, 30 V VBUS over‑voltage protection, ULPI SDR interface, and 60 MHz reference clock with internal PLL.
