The USB6B1RL is a monolithic steering diode array from STMicroelectronics designed for ESD and overvoltage protection in high-speed data interfaces, housed in an 8-pin SOIC package . For selection, verify reverse stand-off voltage of 5.25V, breakdown voltage of 6V minimum, low capacitance of 15-25pF for signal integrity, peak pulse power of 500W (8/20µs waveform), peak pulse current of 25A (8/20µs) or 40A (according to specifications), low leakage current of 10µA, and operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C .
